Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship? Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. How much does shipping cost? We offer 100% Free Domestic Shipping on all UK orders. There are no minimum order values or hidden fees at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my Pokémon cards? We know you want to start ripping packs! Our total estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 Business Days (UK Time). Here is the breakdown:

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days to securely pick and pack your order.

Transit Time: 4 to 5 business days for the courier to deliver it to your door.
4. How do you package your items? Will my boxes get damaged? As collectors ourselves, condition is everything. We pack all sealed booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and single cards with extreme care using bubble wrap and heavy-duty shipping boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine, factory-fresh condition.
5. How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey in real-time.

6. Are your Pokémon products 100% authentic and factory sealed? Absolutely. We source our inventory strictly through legitimate, vetted distribution channels. Every sealed product we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and unweighed.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
8. Can I return an opened booster box or pack? No. Due to the nature of Trading Card Games, we enforce a strict policy on sealed products. To be eligible for a return, all items must remain strictly factory sealed and untampered with. If the shrink wrap is torn, removed, or the product has been opened, it is completely non-refundable.
9. How do I start a return? To initiate a return, you must email us first at info@landoftcg.shop with your Order Number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
10. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return at our Eastleigh facility, we will process your refund within 7 Days. The funds will be credited automatically to the original card or payment method you used at checkout.
